How do I hide prices inside the app?

You can force all prices to be hidden inside the mobile app. This does not remove prices from your order and quote PDFs. To hide prices inside the app, follow these instructions:

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
  • Click on ‘Settings’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • Click on the ‘Configuration’ menu item.
  • See your present configuration settings in the General tab.
  • Click the ‘Edit’ button.
  • Go to the ‘Price settings’ section.
  • Toggle the “Hide all prices in the mobile app” setting.
  • Click the ‘Save’ button.
