You can easily view and download the sales history for a product.
- Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
- Click on ‘Reports’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Click on ‘Products’ and then ‘All products’ from the left-hand side menu.
- Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”. You can also choose a custom date range.
- If you are an admin, you will be presented with a table that lists of all your products and the value of all the orders and quotes generated for each product.
- If you are a sales rep, you will be presented with a table that lists of the products that you have sold and the value of all your orders and quotes generated for each product.
- In the search field in the top right, type the name of the product that you are looking for.
- The product will appear in the table.
- Next to the product name, you can click on the sales transaction icon. It will have a tooltip that says “View the sales history for this product”.
- You will now be presented with a new report that shows the sales history for that product. For each transaction, it will list the date, order/quote number, customer, sales rep, quantity and value of the transaction.
- Click on the ‘Download XLS’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.
- Click on the ‘Download CSV’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.
