How do I view reports on products with no sales?

You can view reports on products that have had no sales in a particular time period.

• Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
• Click on ‘Reports’ from the left-hand side menu.
• Click on ‘Sales’ and then ‘No sales’ from the left-hand side menu.
• Click on the drop-down at the top of the screen to choose the time period for the report. The options are: “All time”, “Last year”, “Past 12 months”, “This year”, “Last month”, “Past 30 days”, “This month”, “Last week”, “This week”, “Yesterday”, “Today”. You can also choose a custom date range.
• If you are an admin, you will be presented with a table that lists of all your products that have had no sales in that time period.
• If you are a sales rep, you will be presented with a table that lists of all the products that you have not sold in that time period.
• Click on the ‘Download XLS’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to an Excel file.
• Click on the ‘Download CSV’ icon at the top of the table to download the data to a CSV file.
