How do I manage customers’ GPS coordinates in the web console?

Here’s how you can manage customers’ GPS coordinates in the web console:

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
  • Click on ‘Customers’ from the left-hand side menu.
  • You will see a list of all of your customers.
  • Click on the customer that you want to add or edit GPS coordinates for.
  • Click the ‘Edit’ button.
  • Click on the ‘Address’ tab.
  • If you already know the coordinates, simply copy and paste these in the ‘GPS coordinates’ field.
  • If you have entered a billing address, you can click ‘Resolve From billing address’
  • If you have entered some shipping addresses, you can go to one of the shipping addresses and choose ‘Copy to GPS coordinates’.
  • Click ‘Display map’ if you prefer to manually pinpoint your customer’s location using Google Maps.
  • Click the ‘Save’ button.
