Only administrators can view check-in and check-out data. This data can either be downloaded or viewed on a map.
- Log in to the admin console: https://web.onsightapp.com
- Click on ‘Check-Ins’
- The ‘Manage Customer Check-in Data’ screen will appear.
- You can filter by customer or by sales rep user or by date range.
- Select the rep check-ins that you would like to view by selecting the check box on the left hand side.
- Click ‘Map Locations’. A map will appear that allows you to view all the check-in locations. Click ‘Ok’ to close the map.
- Click ‘Download’. The data will be downloaded in Excel format.
