If your subscription has expired, you will no longer be able to log into the web console nor into the app. This might happen if you are on a free trial and your trial has expired. It might also happen if you have a paid subscription and you have not renewed your subscription before it expires.
To renew your subscription:
- Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
- A message will appear that says that your subscription has expired.
- Follow the payment wizard to renew your subscription.
