- Log in to the Onsight app on your device.
- Find the customer you want to check in to.
- Tap ‘Select customer’.
- Tap on the location symbol at the bottom.
- Tap on ‘CHECK IN’. You will now be checked in at the customer.
- When you are ready to check out again, tap on the location symbol again and tap on ‘CHECK OUT. You will now be checked out of the customer.
