How do I hide a product from a customer?

Follow this process to hide a specific product from a customer:

Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
Click on ‘Manage your data’ from the left-hand side menu.
Click on the ‘Products’ menu item.
You will see a list of all of your products.
Click on the product that you want to configure.
Click the ‘Availability’ tab.
Click the ‘Edit’ button.
Uncheck the box for each customer group that should not have access to the product.
Click the ‘Save’ button.
