What to do when your subscription has expired

If your subscription has expired, you will no longer be able to log into the web console nor into the app. This might happen if you are on a free trial and your trial has expired. It might also happen if you have a paid subscription and you have not renewed your subscription before it expires.

To renew your subscription:

  • Log in to the Onsight web console at https://sales.onsightapp.com/.
  • A message will appear that says that your subscription has expired.
  • Follow the payment wizard to renew your subscription.
