You can create an order template that lists all products with a quantity of zero. This is useful if your order template lists more products than what your customer would typically order from you.
- Log in to the Onsight app
- Select the customer for which you want to create an order template
- Add the specific products to the cart by increasing the quantity to ‘1’
- Tap on the ‘cart’ symbol at the bottom right
- Change the quantity of all products to zero
- Tap the three dots on the top right
- Tap on ‘Save as Order Template’
- Enter a template name into the ‘Template Name’ field
- Enter a description into the ‘Description’ field
- Tap on ‘Done’ to save your new order template
