How to create an order template in the app with products with a quantity of zero

You can create an order template that lists all products with a quantity of zero. This is useful if your order template lists more products than what your customer would typically order from you.

• Log in to the Onsight app
• Select the customer for which you want to create an order template
• Add the specific products to the cart by increasing the quantity to ‘1’
• Tap on the ‘cart’ symbol at the bottom right
• Change the quantity of all products to zero
• Tap the three dots on the top right
• Tap on ‘Save as Order Template’
• Enter a template name into the ‘Template Name’ field
• Enter a description into the ‘Description’ field
• Tap on ‘Done’ to save your new order template
