If you want to make changes to an existing order template in the app you can either overwrite your current order template or you can create a new order template with the changes.
To edit your current order template and overwrite your current one follow these steps:
- Log in to the Onsight app
- Select the customer for which you want to edit the available order template
- Tap on the three dots at the bottom left
- Tap on ‘View Order Templates’
- All available order templates will display for the selected customer
- Swipe left on the order template that you want to edit
- Tap on ‘Edit’
- You can now remove and add products as required
- Tap on ‘Save’ when you are done
Note:
- You can only overwrite your current order template if you are an admin user or you have created this template.
- If you are not an admin user and you have created your current order template, you can only overwrite this template if the admin user has not already edited this template before you.
To edit your current order template and create a new one follow these steps:
- Log in to the Onsight app
- Select the customer for which you want to edit the available order template
- Tap on the three dots at the bottom left
- Tap on ‘View ‘Order Templates’
- All available order templates will display for the selected customer
- Tap on the order template that you want to edit
- Tap on ‘Select’
- You can now remove and add products as required
- Tap on the three dots on the top right
- Tap on ‘Save as Order Template’
- Enter a template name into the ‘Template Name’ field
- Enter a description into the ‘Description’ field
- Tap on ‘Done’ to save your new order template
- You will now see your new order template as well as the old order template in the View Order Templates list view
- You can delete the old order template by swiping to the left
Note: You can only delete an order template if you are an admin user or you have created this order template.
